How Exercise Can Help with Memory Loss

There has been some research done on how exercise can help with memory loss.  Unfortunately, as a person ages, exercise seems to be the crucial activity that gets put on the back burner.  According to the research that has been completed, however, this is one of the worst things that can happen.  Because an active body helps lead to a more functioning mind, the active individual gains the benefits of a both a fit body and improved cognitive functioning.
